OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Senior

Skills and attributes for success: - Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements. - Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements. - Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise. - Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Qualifications: - Six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community. - Two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience). - Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories. - Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology. - Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy. - Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. - Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above. - Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
