HR Generalist (HRG) - Senior Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled HR Generalist (HRG) - Senior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: - Support HR operations including employee inquiries, transaction processing, and HR policy implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. - Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . - Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
