Full job description

Skills and attributes for success: - Independently develop, modify, and maintain a complex program. - Translate program requirements into program code. - Test, debug, and refine programs to process data in accordance with written specifications. - Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time. - Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces and implements standardized reports, and create and generate specialized and ad hoc reports as required.

Qualifications: - Must be a United States Citizen - Requires substantial, hands-on programming experience in the systems environment being used. - At least two years of directly applicable experience is required. - At least three years of overall programming experience will generally be expected, including experience with large-scale database management systems. - Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. - Undergraduate degree strongly preferred - preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.

Ideally, you will also have: - Broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications. - Supervisory or team leader experience - Experience in automated litigation support
