This is a highly visible, strategic partner role supporting a defined client group of business units and their HRBP teams. You'll report to the Head of Compensation and operate with real autonomy - using data, judgment, and strong business partnership to deliver compensation solutions tailored to Atoms rather than defaulting to generic best practice.

- Partner deeply with Business Unit leaders and HRBPs to understand their talent needs and organizational dynamics, translating those insights into compensation recommendations that support our organizational goals.
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of core compensation programs (e.g. annual compensation cycles, promotion cycles).
- Bring an AI-first mindset: help build and automate compensation workflows so the team spends more time on strategic problems and less on manual analysisSynthesize and analyze complex data from multiple sources to generate insights that accelerate decision-making.
- Contribute to the team's data products - help identify and build products that provide real-time strategic insight
- Respond to complex compensation inquiries with sound judgment and a data-driven approach
- Partner with HRIS and Total Rewards Operations to ensure operational excellence and data integrity across systems (e.g., Workday)
- Support cross-functional teams through organizational change and transformation
- Share knowledge and best practice within the compensation team to strengthen compensation literacy across Atoms
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in global compensation, total rewards, or human capital management consulting (7-10 years of total professional experience)
- Strong knowledge of U.S.
compensation regulations and compliance
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for HR partners, business leaders, and executives
- Highly collaborative and curious, with the ability to partner, influence, and educate stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging conversations and competing perspectives while driving constructive outcomes
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, MBA, Economics, Human Resources Management, or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of international compensation practices across global markets (we operate in 30+ countries)

That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
