Associate Director, Real World Evidence

We are looking for a candidate with the following

qualifications:

- A PhD, Masters, MD, or PharmD degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research, public health, biostatistics, medicine, biomedical sciences).

- Strong knowledge and experience in designing innovative trials and real-world evidence studies.

- Good knowledge of healthcare data and applications, pharmaceutical industry and clinical research.

- Experience as a people manager, with direct reports.

- Excellent collaboration skills and proven success working in a crossfunctional and matrix environment.

Salary: for this role the Annual Base salary ranges from $159,230 to $209,230.

The placement in the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience match the position requirements.

Incentives: based on the role's level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
