Batching Operator

- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada - Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old - High school diploma or GED - Must have keyboarding skills for data inputting. - Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English (verbal/written) - Strong mathematical skills. - Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 55 lbs, kneeling, climbing and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation. - Ability to operate machinery or industrial equipment - Ability to work in various temperature environments. - Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts.

- Three to five years' related food manufacturing experience and/or training - Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word. - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP - Previous Leadership experience. - Forklift experience - Able to perform basic maintenance trades
