  • Ensure site deployments adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, operational support expectations, project governance practices, stage gates, cutover planning, turnover documentation, and service transition requirements.
  • Coordinate operational readiness and go-live transition activities, including hypercare planning, support handoff, asset and documentation updates, escalation procedures, post-project reviews, and lessons learned.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 20% of travel may be required based on project and site needs.
Skills You Bring:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work through complex, cross-functional processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements while maintaining project execution.
  • Comfortable speaking up, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and constructively challenging established practices when necessary.
  • Experience managing projects involving network and wireless deployments, datacenter/server room or MDF/IDF readiness, UCaaS/voice/collaboration technologies, structured cabling, telecom coordination, or end-user technology deployment initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complex schedules, dependencies, vendor coordination, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong knowledge of project management practices including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, issue management, change control, governance, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience coordinating internal technical teams and third-party vendors in deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
