Enablement Account Manager - Northern California (CA)

- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned Agencies

- Regularly schedule and coordinate agent training on an individual basis

- Achieve and exceed set sales targets

- Leverage cross-sale opportunities with your assigned agents

- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute best practices

- Use data driven approaches to identify opportunities for growth

- Collect and communicate feedback from training sessions to drive improvements

- Responsible for the knowledge of all Carrier Markets and Products, Commission Structure, and Appointments

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- 5+ years of P&C experience including working with Independent Agents

- Experience training and developing agency staff

- Must demonstrate ability to problem solve and communicate effectively

- Must be able to understand and review agency qualifications for appointments and make recommendations on appointments

- Experience selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial lines

- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills including conducting formal presentations for small and large groups

- Licenses and Certifications:

- TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC designation is desirable

- Self motivated; ability to collaborate is a must, but you must be able to work autonomously and are expected to succeed without heavy direction

- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to problem solve

- Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done

The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 + Commission. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
