- Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers - Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule - Conducting post-repair follow up - Resolving customer complaints - Continue to maintain Crown's value, quality, and integrity

- Ability to work hard with limited supervision - Service Advisor experience preferred - Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment - Must have great customer service skills - Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
