Full job description

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 4 years of work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience providing advisory and/or consulting services to third party clients in procurement operating model design and procurement organizational model design. Must have 3 years of experience in one of the following: - designing new procurement operating or organizational models; OR - implementing eProcurement technology (with catalogs, requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice, and settlement processes).

Must have 3 years of advisory and/or consulting experience for clients in one or a combination of any of the following sectors: Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Financial Services, and/or Technology. Must have 2 years of experience in Strategic sourcing, procurement operating model design, category management and strategic sourcing, and eProcurement process and technology implementation (such as Ariba, Coupa, or SAP SRM).

Must have 4 years of experience using Excel, Macros, and Pivot Tables. Must have 3 years of experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members. Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $229,225.00 per year.
