  • Participate in design and architecture review forums as a contributing architect.
  • Implement architecture standards, guardrails, and reference architectures defined by the Architecture & Engineering Governance function.
  • Identify and document design risks, tradeoffs, and required exceptions, escalating as appropriate.
  • Design solutions that leverage governed domain data, reusable data services, and analytics platforms.
  • Support AI, GenAI, and automation use cases by applying approved architecture patterns and controls.
  • Encourage modern SDLC, DevOps, and cloud‑native practices in solution designs.
  • 8–12 years of experience in solution architecture, system architecture, or senior application design roles.
  • Experience designing solutions in complex, multi‑system environments , preferably across more than one business domain.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud‑native architectures, and enterprise integration patterns .
  • Ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and Architecture stakeholders in matrixed teams.
  • Working knowledge of modern SDLC, DevOps, and Product‑Oriented Delivery (POD) models.
  • Experience in asset management, financial services, or regulated environments .
  • Hands‑on experience with data platforms, analytics solutions, API management, and event‑driven architectures .
  • Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and architecture standards.
  • High‑quality, consistent solution designs aligned with enterprise standards and platforms.
  • Effective working relationships with System Architects and delivery teams across business verticals.
  • Solutions that are easier to integrate, maintain, and evolve.
  • Reduced delivery friction and architectural rework through clear, practical solution designs.
