Under direct supervision, transports furniture and office equipment within university campus and off campus as directed. Routinely interacts with all constituents in the campus community. Ability to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional nights, weekends and holidays to accommodate university events.

In the office environment, employees are protected from weather conditions, but not necessarily temperature changes. In the outdoor environment, employees are not protected from weather conditions and may be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold. The employee may also be exposed to loud noises, vibrations from equipment, and atmospheric conditions that may affect the respiratory system, such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, and poor ventilation.
This position requires considerable physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects.
