Business Systems Analysis Associate II - Vista (6-month V-Assignment) (GCT, Redlands, San Dimas)

Primary Purpose

Assists in translating business needs into functional specifications for system improvements. Ensures clarity and accuracy in requirements to support efficient system changes and user adoption. This role is part of the Learning Tower within the Vista Program. It reports directly to the Vista Learning Lead and collaborates closely with the Vista Trainers, Vista Training Command Center, Customer Contact Center Leadership, and Vista Program Leadership. It supports training goals established by the Vista Program and Business Operations

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Vista training to Customer Contact Center employees
• Support storm/ hypercare response following Vista go-live
• Gathers comprehensive business requirements through structured interviews, document analysis, and workflow observations to ensure accurate system specifications.
• Documents detailed requirements using standard templates, methodologies, and tools to create clear specifications for development teams.
• Participates in system testing activities including user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet defined business requirements and quality standards.
• Supports the implementation of new systems or enhancements by developing user documentation, and conducting training sessions.
• Communicates regular status updates to project team members and stakeholders using appropriate channels and formats tailored to audience needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
