  • Debugging & Performance: Experience troubleshooting complex frontend issues across browsers, APIs, state management, and production environments.
  • Execution & Communication: Comfort leading work across team boundaries and explaining technical decisions clearly to both engineers and non-engineers.
  • Curiosity: A drive to investigate root causes, question assumptions, learn quickly, and find better ways to solve real user problems.
  • Specialized Experience

    AI Experience

  • Integration: Hands-on experience building AI-enabled features (LLM integrations, agentic workflows, retrieval, tool calling, or AI-assisted UX).
  • Production Concerns: Deep understanding of quality measurement/evaluation, prompt management, latency, cost, privacy, security, observability, and fallback states.
  • Trustworthy Interface Design: Ability to design streaming responses, citations, review/edit flows, error handling, and meaningful human control.
  • Pragmatic Approach: Stays current with AI tools and applies them thoughtfully to solve real customer problems.
  • Component Library & Design Systems

  • Deep MUI Knowledge: Expertise in MUI tokens, component composition, overrides, responsive behavior, accessibility, and upgrade strategies.
  • Balanced Design: Balances consistency with extensibility, partnering with product and design to create durable UI foundations.
  • Testing Tooling (Bonus): Experience with Storybook, visual regression testing, accessibility testing, and component versioning/releases.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with React Testing Library, Playwright, or Storybook.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, cloud platforms, and API design.
  • Prior experience in collaborative product teams prioritizing high design quality and accessibility.
