As a Business Experience & Planning Specialist Senior within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Portage, MI; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; or Houston, TX.

• Experience leading operational readiness activities, ensuring business preparedness across people, processes, systems, and communications before implementation
• Strong understanding of complex system and end-to-end process flows, with the ability to identify root causes, uncover process gaps, and proactively mitigate risks before they impact the business or customers
• Analytical mindset with experience assessing operational impacts, validating business processes, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce risk
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates, escalate issues appropriately, and build strong cross-functional relationships

• Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
• Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
• Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
