Senior Project Manager, Promotional Medical Education

What you'll do: - Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget - Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans across multiple complex deliverables and teams - Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to keep work moving and ensure clear communication at every stage - Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition and invoicing activities, and flag financial risks or scope changes early - Lead project meetings, manage client review and approval processes, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and relevant guidelines - Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and project issues - Support business development efforts by contributing project management guidance, budgets, timelines, and implementation planning as needed - Participate in project audits and help reinforce consistent project management processes and best practices - Coach, mentor, and train project management team members and contribute to onboarding or discipline-specific training - Share best practices through the Project Management Community of Practice and contribute to process improvements or standard operating procedures - Participate in hiring activities for the project management discipline, such as panel interviews or job shadows - Develop and empower people, manage change, build relationships and influence others, build and lead effective teams, and achieve results - Travel: occasional overnight or weekend travel may be required, up to 10% This position is a perfect fit for you if: - Our Company values - Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an "I" - really speak to you - You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow.

We're always evolving - You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data - You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines What you should have: - 4+ years of project management experience - 3+ years of experience in budget development/management - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related business experience - Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams and deliverable types, as well as successful management of campaign budgets - Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with structured project management methodology; PMP certification preferred - Strong communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, and client-readiness skills - Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or agency preferred Pay Range: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
