General Description: The Reliability Test Engineer position is responsible for executing reliability testing, operating lab equipment and thermal chambers, documenting results, and reporting test progress and findings across product development.

- Execute established reliability test procedures, including environmental, mechanical, and certification testing
- Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and thermal chambers for temperature and humidity testing
- Document test setups and results with clear photographic evidence
- Collect, analyze, and report results using spreadsheets, charts, and presentation slides
- Track and communicate testing progress in a timely manner
- Support multiple tests and products across the development lifecycle
- Ensure safe operation of all test setups and proper use of trained lab equipment
- SolidWorks skills and Instron testing experience are a plus.

The expected salary for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
