What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience
- 12+ years of commercial real estate facilities or property management experience
- 10+ years managing large, complex real estate portfolios including office and multi-use properties
- 7+ years management or supervisory experience
- Additional diverse and cross-functional commercial real estate discipline experience expected
- Extensive cross-functional corporate real estate discipline experience
Skills
- Proficiency in English communication
- Effective teamwork and results delivery in high-demand settings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving and advocacy for team and customer needs
- Advanced leadership, supervision and motivational skills
- Strong MS Office application skills

- Experience managing multi-site corporate, retail, and other facilities operations
- Experience with capital projects, renovations, and workplace planning
- Experience with CMMS, IWMS, or other facilities technology platforms
- Professional certification such as CFM, FMP, SFP, BOMI, or PMP
- Knowledge of sustainability, energy management, and workplace strategy
- Experience leading vendor performance programs and service-level reporting

The base pay for this position generally is between $135,300.00 and $240,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
