Full job description

What We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. - 5+ years of experience in a quality, qualification, or NDE focused role within manufacturing, with additive manufacturing experience strongly preferred. - Hands on experience developing and executing first article inspection plans and qualification packages. - Working knowledge of NDE methods such as CT, X-ray, penetrant, and ultrasonic inspection, including how to validate and apply them to additive hardware. - Experience writing process control documentation and working cross functionally.

What Will Set You Apart - Background managing supplier or vendor quality relationships, particularly for powder, post processing, or coatings. - Familiarity with statistical sampling and measurement system analysis methodology. - Experience supporting production scale up or new process introduction in a high rate manufacturing environment. - Background in aerospace, aviation, defense, energy, or similar industries with high specification requirements. - Familiarity with industry specialized material standards, certification requirements, or quality systems such as NADCAP, AMS7000 series, AS9100, and relevant ASTM/AMS additive manufacturing specifications. - Familiarity with fracture control classification of components and associated qualification requirements.

Compensation: For this role, the target salary range is $135,000 - $200,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
