- Develop standardized tower packout processes that work for all involved parties and enable effective intake of returning components into MRO processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste at scale
- Drive DIP strategy and execution, ensuring proper handoff between production, warehousing, Deployment Ops and the CBP Account team.
- Ensure the process output includes the necessary customer deliverables (700-21 documentation) and establishes proper asset traceability across systems
- Implement a process for rework and upgrade of assets after storage and before deployment
- Plan and execute deployment readiness for new XRST variants to accelerate time-to-market and support higher volumes
- Support definition and execution of deployment strategy that scales efficiently with XRST, while still supporting other CI and AD products across the fleet/globe.
- Build internal-production maintenance and repair approaches to efficiently support the fleet of legacy CI Towers
- Use data and analytics to predict and prevent issues across our deployed systems before they become problems at scale
- Develop field support approaches for upcoming XRST variants optimized for lower cost at high volumes, strengthening our position for large contracts
- Drive initiatives that quickly convert field learnings into product improvements, production innovations, planning enhancements, and better processes across all products
- Partner with Mission Integration and Sustainment Engineering to implement design-for-manufacturability and design-for-installation improvements based on production learnings (e.g. Productize Tower Move kits + load-out for Mk5 PTU conversion across the fleet)
- Turn operational lessons from XRST deployments into repeatable playbooks that help future products launch faster and scale more efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in operations program management, business operations, engineering/technical roles, preferably in a complex hardware industry
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing environment and the supporting processes that enable production
- Experience launching new products with condensed timelines
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt Chartsetc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and align cross functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
