As a Branch Manager, you will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment leading the team from the front. Your high level of business acumen and professionalism will also be required from time to time, as well as the discipline to work autonomously.

• A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent job experience
• Valid driver's license is required.
• A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.

At Reece USA, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $70,304.00 - $121,200.00

In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus.
