Product Operations Lead

What We're Looking For - 3-5 years in product operations, business operations, strategy & analytics, statistics, or a PM-adjacent role in enterprise SaaS - Strong analytical skills - comfortable in Python, SQL, Amplitude, or similar tools; you can build a dashboard and also interrogate whether it's measuring the right thing - AI-forward thinking - how do you leverage the latest AI tools to automate and scale yourself and your workflows - Experience coordinating cross-functional launches or programs with multiple stakeholders - Clear, concise written communication - you write docs that people actually read and are strong at synthesizing data and trends - Comfort with ambiguity; able to identify what structure is missing and create it without waiting to be asked Nice to Have - Familiarity with public sector compliance
