VP, Lead Software Engineer

- 15+ years of software engineering experience, including progressive leadership responsibility within enterprise technology organizations.

- Experience leading large-scale modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise technology delivery programs.

- Demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, distributed systems, API and microservices architecture, DevSecOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.

- Experience leading large engineering organizations, cross-functional teams, and strategic technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and vendor partners.

- Experience communicating technology strategy, delivery plans, and business outcomes to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.

- Technology strategy and enterprise architecture leadership.

- Organizational leadership, coaching, talent development, and succession planning.

- Executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic influence.

- Enterprise software engineering, modernization, and platform transformation.

- AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity enablement.

- Operational excellence, risk management, and delivery governance.

- Vendor partnership management and enterprise program leadership.

- Experience supporting Corporate Actions, Class Actions, Securities Lending, Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, Banking, or Capital Markets platforms.

- Experience implementing AI-enabled engineering practices, generative AI solutions, or agentic development frameworks.

- Experience leading multi-million-dollar technology modernization programs and enterprise transformation initiatives.

- Expertise with .NET/C#, Angular, AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design principles.

- Familiarity with DORA metrics, engineering performance measurement, and large-scale DevSecOps implementation.
