This is a unique opportunity to help lead a critical intelligence technology portfolio that directly supports analysts, operators, and collection managers across Combatant Commands and the Intelligence Community.
About the Program The JIOC program develops, maintains, and enhances a suite of mission applications focused on Collection Management, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), and intelligence operations.

What You’ll Do As the Deputy Program Manager, you will be a key leader helping drive the success of an enterprise‑level mission technology portfolio.

Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an area relevant to the position with 12+ years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree. 12+ years of experience in functional requirements, collections management, technical leadership, software engineering, or program/project management roles.
At least 4 years experience in a management capacity Active TS/SCI or SCI eligibility and active polygraph or ability to obtain a polygraph Experience with and understanding of software engineering lifecycle.
Extensive experience with intelligence collection management, including current JIOC applications Ability to coordinate collections management and technical tasks with customers.
Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
