As a Systems Software Intern, you won't just be observing; you'll be contributing. You will:
Develop & Integrate: Work on understanding Systems and embedded software development for complex electronic systems.
Hands-On Testing: Step out of the code and into the lab, using professional test equipment to integrate and validate your software on actual hardware to align with Systems Requirements.
Collaborate: Work alongside seasoned engineers to solve intricate problems in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education: Currently entering your Senior year of an Engineering degree or pursuing a Master's degree. Technical Foundation: A solid understanding of basic electronics. Coding Toolkit: Proficiency in at least one or more of the following: C++, Python, or MATLAB.
Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen eligible for a Secret Department of Defense (DoW) clearance. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.). Previous internship experience in embedded systems or software development.
A curiosity for how complex electronic systems communicate and function.
- Understanding of CPU, GPU, & FPGA Radar signal processing and control
- Understanding of Electrro-optics principles - Understanding of Digital Engineering
