IT Networking Director

We are seeking an experienced people manager to lead our SecureIT Networking team. In this role, you will guide the efforts to support IT networking and standards supporting our closed areas and keep critical information and infrastructure secure. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Support the deployment of IT-related networking equipment in standardized environments
• Work with all SecureIT teams to maintain and publish accurate implementation schedules; receive and inventory hardware components; help develop and maintain thorough documentation for processes and system configurations
• Collaborate with senior IT & Security leaders to deliver compliant, efficient products
• Oversee recruiting, task assignment, scheduling, performance reviews, and other managerial duties for the Networking team
• Provide regular, comprehensive status updates to managers, team leads, project managers, and business partners, and facilitate necessary meetings
• Act as a 2nd/3rd‑level escalation point for operational systems, working closely with cross‑disciplinary teams

• Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, or similar discipline
• CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent certification), or completed within three months of hire
• Experience and expertise with Juniper networking equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in standing or kneeling positions while installing or connecting computing equipment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
