- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Partner with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive equipment reliability.
- Guide and support maintenance personnel through coaching, task planning, and technical assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance activities safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing maintenance tasks.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and equipment reliability practices.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- Starting Pay $29.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
