In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders within the State Street Investment Management marketing organization to coordinate the creation of marketing materials including but not limited to events and campaigns. You will utilize workflow processes and best practices to manage the development of creative deliverables and collateral.

You will act as the liaison between design and marketing to develop and maintain project schedules, statuses, and all communications as you ensure that deliverables are taken through the proper quality, regulatory (legal and compliance) and client approval processes.

  • Own production workflows from intake and prioritization through creation, review, approval, publishing, and distribution
  • Manage the scheduling of production activities, setting efficient timelines, allocating resources and managing potential disruptions
  • Collaborate with Marketing channels, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure optimal development, execution and delivery of creative work
  • Coordinate review and approval of marketing materials between internal client and design teams
  • Coordinate Legal and Compliance reviews along with any external regulatory approvals
  • Additional Marketing Operations support including but not limited to vendor management and Procurement responsibilities
  • Help to identify and implement practical process improvements
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Ability to think quickly and act decisively when it matters most
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and change, and stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and leadership
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, marketing operations, or production management
  • Strong understanding of content governance, review processes, and compliance considerations
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workfront for project intake, tracking, and workflow management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of risk management related to the creation of assets including production processes, lead-times, legal and compliance requirements, vendor license agreements and data privacy/security
  • Experience working for a large, global organization is a plus
