What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role? - Must have the legal right to work in the United States . - Must have at least 5 years of residency in Nashville with extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes. - Must own (not rent) a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with a valid driv er's license, as the role involves driving clients for area tours and rental searches. - Must be flexible and available to work weekends. - Friendly, outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities. - Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Prior personal or professional relocation or moving assistance experience is preferred, but not required.
