With the recent global expansion of Netflix Playground , we are building a world where kids can not only watch their favorite stories, from Trash Truck to Sesame Street , but step inside them and interact with their favorite characters.
The Product Manager for Kids will lead major new product initiatives and materially transform existing product areas within the Kids profile ecosystem. You will champion a curated space where kids are entertained and enriched, while giving parents confidence and peace of mind.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
The range for this role is $310,000.00 - $545,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location.
