IPS Excellence Manager

- Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of experience in the biopharma or a related industry including 3+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, business analyst, finance, or a related business function.

- Master's degree, MBA, or PhD in a relevant field. - Demonstrated experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and working with digital business tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of customer needs in the bioprocessing industry. - Proven ability to contribute to business plans and deliver solutions that address the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. - Track record of contributing effectively to complex, cross-functional projects and delivering on business objectives within a highly interdependent environment. - Experience with process improvement methodologies; Green Belt certification or equivalent is a plus.
