Reporting to the Division Controller, Employee Benefits & HR Consulting , the Senior Accountant is responsible for the end-to-end revenue accounting process for acquired entities. This role partners closely with the Finance Integrations team to ensure newly acquired businesses are successfully transitioned into OneDigital’s revenue accounting processes and systems.

The Senior Accountant will analyze and reconcile revenue data , ensure accurate posting of commissions, and support the timely and accurate close process. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced acquisition environment.

• Manage the end-to-end revenue accounting process for newly acquired entities, from acquisition through integration into OneDigital’s financial reporting processes.

• Partner with the Finance Integrations team to facilitate a smooth transition of acquired businesses into OneDigital’s revenue accounting systems, processes, and controls.

• Analyze acquired entity revenue data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.

• Prepare monthly revenue-related AR Files , including accruals , process reclasses, and other adjustments required during the integration process.

• Perform detailed revenue reconciliations and investigate missing commissions .

• Assist Finance Integrations by partnering to ensure BORs are transferred timely to OneDigital.

• Identify revenue accounting issues, recommend appropriate accounting treatment, and collaborate with business partners to resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in documenting revenue accounting processes and internal controls for acquired entities and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.

• Partner with Corporate Accounting, Regional Finance, FP&A, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless integration activities.
