About the team The SpectraLink team sits within Central Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (Controls Engineering) and is building Amazon's first in-house Digital Twin and Spatial Intelligence Platform. The team consists of Software Development Engineers focused on layout automation, spatial processing, heatmap rendering, and workflow integrations, supported by a Senior Software Development Engineer for strategy consultation and dedicated data engineering support.
The team's mission is to transform how Amazon's fulfillment facilities are spatially understood, diagnosed, and optimized - replacing manual, vendor-dependent processes with automated, scalable, and intelligent spatial solutions that serve RME Customers across Operations, Safety, and Engineering. - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Bachelor's degree
