Manager, Compensation

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative Manager, People (Assignment: Compensation) with expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, job architecture, and compensation planning.

The ideal candidate is comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders, providing thoughtful guidance on complex compensation decisions, and helping build scalable compensation programs within a rapidly growing organization.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
