Lead Business Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Trintech Frontier (Fiserv), experience leading system upgrades and deployments, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong analytical skills, application lifecycle experience, and hands-on involvement in testing and release processes.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades </li><li> Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams </li><li> Support application upgrades, system deployments, and release management activities </li><li> Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in Jira </li><li> Coordinate and execute testing efforts (SIT/UAT), ensuring system stability and quality </li><li> Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements </li><li> Provide production support and troubleshoot system-related issues<br></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><ul><li>7–10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience </li><li> Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems </li><li> Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills </li><li> Experience working in Agile environments </li></ul></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
