Job Description:

The Associate Director, Client Success will play a key leadership role in overseeing and supporting the team responsible for managing all Amplifi opted-in accounts across their designated operational company. This mid-level management position requires a deep understanding of Amplifi’s alternative income goals and strong motivation to exceed those targets.

This role demands collaboration with all pillars across Amplifi , including Solutions, Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, to resolve issues, implement solutions, and optimize processes for both new and existing Amplifi products. The Associate Director will also support senior management, both on Amplifi and across their designated operational company, in formulating strategies and conducting analysis to onboard new clients to the Amplifi group.

Key
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support designated Senior Manager(s) and team(s) in the management of all Amplifi -opted in accounts, while understanding and aligning with strategic needs of each account
  • Collaborate closely with key Amplifi pillars (Solutions, Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, and Revenue Operations) to escalate issues, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver actionable solutions
  • Drive the development, refinement, and implementation of processes around current and new Amplifi products to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategies for the onboarding and integration of new clients into the Amplifi group
  • Conduct analysis of client performance and alternative income opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to senior management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on alternative income streams and act as a resource to senior leadership, within Amplifi and across their designated operational company
  • Oversee the successful execution of Amplifi’s alternative income strategies, ensuring consistent achievement of financial targets
  • Meet regularly with Senior Manager(s) to status on accounts, track buy progress, data and MediaOcean entry, and analyze how these factors impact revenue forecasts and overall business performance
  • Act as a resource for Senior Manager(s), Manager(s), Senior Associate(s) and Associate(s) for advice, council, and mentorship
Experience /Skills :  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Media, Communications, Finance or related field
  • 7+ years in a video, digital, programmatic, social activation or investment role
  • Experience in media tools such as: MediaOcean, Prisma, National Toolkits, Spot Toolkits
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or related fields within the media or agency space
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of media math and marketplace trends
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and numeracy skills

The annual salary range for this position is $114,425-$125,500 . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors , including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
