Production Technician

Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including but not limited to food safety; personal protective equipment; emergency procedures, etc.

Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant production goals.

Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.

Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.

Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating, communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.

1-year minimum experience in a mechanical job-related field with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills.

2 years' work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

- Onsite Work Environment: This position is based in Glendale, AZ and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
