Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans - Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms - Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times. - Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Affect provides an AI-powered clinical scribe to assist with documentation, helping reduce administrative burden and allowing clinicians to spend more time focused on member care. - Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment - Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations - Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations

Requirements: - Active and verifiable license from one of the following Nebraska licenses: LIMHP or LMHP, as well as your state of residence if it is not Nebraska .
