Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects, specifically overseeing our mechanical/structural scopes of work. This role oversees all phases of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, subcontractor management, client relations, and project closeout activities.

The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

Success in this role is demonstrated through strong leadership, effective communication, financial management, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between field operations, company leadership, and customers, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out related to the data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas construction industries.

- Responsible for recruiting, managing and leading teams of employees, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.

- Verifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.

- Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.

- Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.

- Assures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commerical construction projects.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

- Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.

- Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels.
