As a Material Handler , you will play a critical role in supporting logistics operations and ensuring timely, accurate movement of materials while maintaining cleanroom standards and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to a high-performing logistics operation while gaining experience in cleanroom processes, inventory management, quality control, and customer-focused support.
- Move materials, components, and products into and out of a cleanroom environment while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
- Operate hand trucks and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily warehouse activities, including packing, scanning, kitting, sorting, and cycle counting of inventory.
- Verify orders for accuracy and apply appropriate product labels and documentation.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment at all times .
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety for yourself and your team members.
- Prepare and distribute reports, communications, and status updates to leadership and customers.
- Utilize Excel to track inventory, analyze data, maintain records, and support operational reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet customer requirements and operational objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or material handling environment.
- Flexible availability, including overtime as needed to support business demands.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive, professional attitude and a commitment to achieving team goals.
- Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following all applicable protocols and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
