requirements -Support execution of AFM tests, approve test results and/or reports, and generate requirement verification reports -Experience in or an understanding of AFM test in FSW (Flight Software), SVTB (Space Vehicle Test Bed), and AI&T (Assembly Integration & Test) required Basic Qualifications for Level 3 Principal Systems Engineer
Basic Qualifications for Level 4 Sr. Principal Systems Engineer
Preferred
Qualifications: -Master’s Degree or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline -Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity -Ability to work independently without appreciable direction -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Active U.S.
Government Top Secret clearance (or equivalent) with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) along with active SCI access at time of application and prior to start date *Please be aware that this position is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining associated business and/or customer funding. Additionally, this position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company.
Continued employment thereafter will be subject to maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future. Furthermore, this position can be filled at either Level 3 Principal Systems Engineer or Level 4 Sr. Principal Systems Engineer.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
