- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, strategic partnerships, or related roles. - 5+ years' experience working in or closely within client-facing environments, including presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders (VP-level and above). - 3+ years' experience with AI tools and platforms, with a credible perspective on how AI can be applied to marketing workflows; ability to advocate for and lead AI adoption within a team.

You are polished, prepared, and confident presenting to senior leaders - and you can hold your own in a room with Prudential and Equitable home office executives. - Agency speed. You have a bias toward action, a strong sense of urgency, and you deliver - without sacrificing quality. - Strategic ambition backed by executional range.
You can think in annual plans and also write the brief, review the email copy, and pull the performance report. - AI curiosity and credibility. You've gone beyond dabbling - you use AI tools meaningfully in your work and can speak to their application with authority. - Collaborative tenacity. - Experience working at a marketing agency, with the sense of urgency, client service orientation, and pace that comes with it. - Background in financial services, wealth management, or a similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred - MBA or equivalent advanced degree
