What you need: - 3+ years of software development experience. - 2+ years hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform. - Strong proficiency with JavaScript and familiarity with ServiceNow's server/client scripting model. - Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar) to accelerate and improve development work. - Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and automation techniques applicable to the ServiceNow platform. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's AI/ML capabilities - including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, or AI Search - is strongly desired. - Experience with ServiceNow ATF or other automated testing approaches. - Ability to interpret functional requirements and turn them into technical specifications and working features. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field - or equivalent experience.

Nice to have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or a related domain. - Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs with enterprise platforms. - Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns for grounding AI responses in organizational data. - Experience with Python or other scripting languages for AI/ML pipeline support. - Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist configuration, skill building, or generative AI feature rollout. - Master's degree in a technical field (preferred but not required).
