<p><strong>Freelance Graphic Designer - Remote</strong></p><p>tarte is seeking a creative, trend-savvy freelance graphic designer (remote) to support our marketing and social teams! You will collaborate closely with Social, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to bring fun, engaging ideas to life!</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Design and execute engaging, on-brand content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc) including static posts, motion graphics, GIFs, stories, and reels.</li><li>Concept and design email graphics, website banners, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing, Social, and Creative teams to develop compelling visuals that drive engagement.</li><li>Stay tapped into trends, design inspo, and what's next online.</li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or social media creative (beauty preferred).</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Experience designing for social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and paid social content.</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro or After Effects), and Canva or Figma is a plus.</li><li>Must have experience leveraging AI-powered tools (chatgpt, Adobe AI, perplexity, replit, sora, etc) and innovation.

Vibe coding experience is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of typography, composition, and color theory in a digital space.</li><li>Passion for beauty, fashion, and digital marketing trends.
