You’ll work closely with major digital brands across news, personal finance, insurance, and comparison-shopping categories. This role is critical in expanding our reach and driving high-intent insurance shoppers into our marketplace. </p><p>This is a high-impact, performance-driven role for someone who thrives on owning partnerships, loves digging into data, and knows how to scale winning campaigns.</p><p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify, develop, and negotiate supply-side deals with premium publishers and digital media platforms. </li><li>Expand distribution across editorial, SEO, marketplace, and personal-finance channels. </li><li>Oversee API, S2S, postback, pixel, and programmatic integrations for click, lead, and call distribution. </li><li>Monitor traffic quality and ensure full compliance with internal policies and industry standards. </li><li>Analyze funnel metrics including RPL, EPC, CTR, conversion rates, bind rates, and partner-level trends. </li><li>Serve as the bridge between external partners and internal product, engineering, creative, and analytics teams. </li><li>Bring market insights and partner requirements to influence product roadmap and supply strategy. </li></ul><p></p><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>On-target earnings of <strong>$200k+</strong> </li><li>Competitive compensation structure with strong variable upside</li><li>Equity: Stock options</li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li>4+ years in digital partnerships, publisher development, affiliate management, or marketplace supply roles. </li><li>Strong understanding of performance marketing and monetization models (CPC, CPL, CPA, rev-share, pay-per-call). </li><li>Experience working directly with insurance or financial publishers and optimizing traffic at scale. </li><li>Technical fluency with APIs, postbacks, S2S tracking, and attribution/measurement platforms. </li><li>Analytical approach with the ability to interpret complex partner reporting and funnel data. </li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. </li><li>High commitment to quality, compliance, and transparent performance insights.</li><li>Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated verticals is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive Base Salary + Commissions + Performance Bonuses</li><li>401(k) with Company Match</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Stock Options</li><li>Internal Promotion Opportunities.
