- You've done protection engineering: relay settings and coordination for MV and HV systems.

- You've developed settings for SEL or equivalent platforms hands-on.

- You've investigated relay operations and found the truth in the event records.

- Your settings files are managed like the safety-critical code they are.

- Bonus: Generator protection. IEC 61850 and communications-assisted schemes. NERC PRC exposure.
