Inpatient Adult/Older Adult Psychiatrist Position | Full-time W2 | Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody)

Peachford Hospital is a 246-bed, Joint Commission–accredited behavioral health hospital located in Dunwoody (Atlanta), Georgia, that has been serving the region since 1973. It provides 24/7 psychiatric and addiction services across a full continuum of care, including inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

The facility specializes in treating mental health disorders, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through evidence-based therapies, medication management, and multidisciplinary care, and offers round-the-clock assessments and admissions support.

Schedule: Full-time onsite Monday-Friday, 1:4 weekend rounding and 1-2 weeknights of telephonic call monthly

• Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for child and adolescent patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

• Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines.

• Comfort with seeing ages adult and older adult populations
