- You've led mechanical engineering for data center or heavy industrial programs.

- You know liquid cooling at the design level: hydraulics, controls interface, redundancy.

- You've made field engineering calls under schedule pressure that held up.

- You manage design firms with technical authority, not just contract terms.

- Bonus: PE license. Direct-to-chip cooling. Modular skid packages.
