  • Help recruit and onboard future veterinarians to grow the team
  • Support continuous improvement in medical quality, client experience, and hospital performance
  • Serve as the hospital's Responsible Veterinarian and maintain regulatory compliance

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership but still wants to spend the majority of their day practicing medicine.

  • DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program with annual bonus opportunity
  • Generous CE allowance plus paid licenses and professional dues
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and mental health benefits
  • Practice high-quality medicine with the support of experienced leadership and proven medical systems.
  • Remain an active clinician while making a lasting impact on your team, patients, and hospital.
  • Work alongside experienced technicians, dedicated client service representatives, and an engaged Practice Manager.
  • Receive ongoing leadership development, mentorship, and opportunities to continue advancing your career.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
  • Excited to mentor and develop fellow veterinarians
  • A collaborative leader who builds positive team culture
  • Committed to continuous learning and medical excellence
  • Interested in helping grow both the hospital and the people around them
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
  • Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain one in New Hampshire)
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of small animal clinical experience
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
  • Strong communication, client education, and relationship-building skills
