<p><strong>Senior Project Manager – Strategic Projects</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Flexible / Based in the U.S. with regular travel to project sites</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> to lead the execution of complex, large-scale LED deployments.

This role is responsible for managing projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the <strong>AV industry</strong>, particularly with <strong>large LED display systems</strong>, and will be comfortable coordinating across structural, electrical, mechanical, and media system disciplines.</p><p>This individual will work closely with internal engineering teams, integration partners, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered <strong>on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical standards</strong>.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion.</li><li>Coordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including:</li><ul><li>Structural mounting systems</li><li>Electrical power distribution</li><li>Mechanical integration</li><li>LED display systems</li><li>Media playback systems</li></ul><li>Manage <strong>project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans</strong>.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients.</li><li>Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams.</li><li>Track and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines.</li><li>Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership.</li><li>Support <strong>site coordination during installation and commissioning phases</strong>.</li><li>Manage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports.</li><li>Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordination.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>10+ years of project management experience</strong> within the AV or display technology industry.</li><li>Demonstrated experience delivering complex, <strong>large-scale LED display deployments</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments including:</li><ul><li>Structural systems</li><li>Electrical infrastructure</li><li>Mechanical integration</li><li>LED display technology</li><li>Media playback and control systems</li></ul><li>Experience managing <strong>multiple concurrent projects</strong>.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with <strong>Excel and project tracking tools</strong>.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners.</li><li>Willingness to <strong>travel regularly to project sites, domestic and international up to 30%.</strong></li><li>Must have a valid drivers license.</li></ul><p> <strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with <strong>large, complex LED installations</strong>.</li><li>Experience coordinating with <strong>general contractors and construction teams</strong>.</li><li>PMP certification or similar project management credential.</li><li>Experience with 3D model coordination (Revit) and 2D drafting programs (AutoCAD)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>Comfortable working in complex technical environments</li><li>Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making skills</li><li>Able to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility projects</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>All benefits start on first day of employment!</strong></p><ul> <li>75% employer-paid medical for employee.
